So what better way to start your new year to add some spice to your life again? Has been through the same year in circles the year they do not even realize that times change and must change too! Tell me when was the last time you did something unusual and positive for you? The truth is that life is short and you should always make the most of every second you have to live life to the fullest. Recently, I read an article in the New York Times about veganism and cruel fashion tycoons "ignore the sanctity of life''through use leather in the manufacture of fashion products.
At first I thought it was crap and will not buy this thinking, but to dig deep in the article, I realized how wrong I was! The truth is not convincing, but I decided spice up my life by adopting veganism. Yes, I know what you think: "You gotta be kidding" if I'm not. To begin, veganism is simply embrace a life of eating fruits and vegetables and avoiding meat and meat products. Even the simplest products because the cheese are documented with enormous negative effects, including the risk of diseases like hypertension. Oh, and even products such as leather bags have a dangerous chemical called chromium normally used for tanning leather. Many people react to this chemical without knowing it.
And to be honest, you do not know the acrid smell of leather products like jackets once they rained on? I guess sometimes even if you know where is the problem, instead of running, they tend to bury their heads in the sand like ostriches waiting for the problem to disappear. Poor news is that these problems will always be unless you are running. Good news is, however, there is still time for you to race. In the article, I found many shops selling strict vegetarian (no leather or other animal products) which, in fact, are more durable, stylish, and fashion and, most importantly, very affordable!
Veganism (short form of vegetarianism) also supports, in principle, environmental concerns are a major threat in our world today. Of the horrendous assassination of the animal to the unwillingness of elements such as water containers, vegans have done and continue to make positive changes in the world and you can! I'm not saying that you shot in the street name to see that some animal activists rash, all I'm saying is that we simply do not buy "blood" of leather clothing, is in itself is change.

So the next while ignoring this rule and go for fatty foods, do not expect anything good of it. And just for the record, has repeatedly proved that vegans live longer and healthier than non vegans if you want to live long, do the math.

Acidity in the stomach is weak, so the digestion of meat we eat is not the case with respect to the family of carnivores. This clearly indicates that must be kept out of the food wherever possible.
Finally, remember to be treated in this new year. That either get a pair of shoes or a handbag, do to make you happy. And whatever it is, remember to keep a vegan!
