Second Isaiah

For nearly four decades, U.S. policy has been trapped in a spiral of budget deficit. In fact, we are so far in the red, now increasing amounts of red ink just to run the economy. Indeed, as our current president wants to share whenever possible, the Obama administration did not create this condition, however, given the gravity of the situation we now face, they feel compelled to perpetuate it. In all cases, the outgoing U.S. president presented a plan in ten fiscal years of trust and hope without restriction. Too bad that each commander will not be in office for a maximum of eight years, which means that disasters can happen in nine years and ten is another puzzle to suffer. To this end, our courageous leaders can always say, "Well, at least not happen in my life."

This scenario reminds me of a king in the Jewish Bible and Christian called King Hezekiah. In its majority, King Hezekiah was a sovereign right and effective, who enjoyed the favor of God and the Israelites southern kingdom of Judah. Even after their ancestors had contempt for God, sacrificed to vain idols, King Hezekiah was faithful to God by destroying most of the sanctuaries prohibited. In addition, because the ancient principles of God for the reopening of the temple of Jerusalem, the restoration the importance of the priesthood, and restore the conclusion Easter. When the king of Judah, was besieged by the king of Assyria, Hezekiah refused to pay tribute to the Assyrian king, but to trust the Lord in heaven to save his people, and God did. One day, King Hezekiah became seriously ill from the death. He prayed God answered and handed it to Hezekiah given 15 years.

However, over time to brake, Hezekiah began to be proud. The other fateful day, he was visited by emissaries from Babylon the king has all deposits and all the vast possessions of the kingdom. Then God sent the prophet Isaiah to ask questions about the visit. The prophet asked King Hezekiah that the king showed his visitors. King replied the prophet was telling them everything. Isaiah said the king, a day after he was dead, the Babylonians had taken everything they saw, even the descendants of his own flesh and blood. This Hezekiah answered: "word of the Lord is good, because he thought" it there will be peace and security in my life? "In essence, the king wanted to say that the problem would fall on the shoulders of another person, regardless of whether their actions have contributed to the problem of the future or a disaster. Ultimately, King Hezekiah returned the ball to a future generation.

Management based on biblical principles, is to take responsibility for a legacy is good or bad. This means doing everything in its power to do business in the best way possible to ensure maximum profitability and sustainability of the organization. The temporary decision will maximize profits in the short term, but to threaten the long-term health of the company is only delaying the inevitable and prolong pain. To move to the erosion of the situation to the next generation is the irresponsibility and cowardice at best and, finally, immoral, even criminal.
